  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
